I have often spoken of the tremendous stress and imbalance experienced in our highly intellectual society, causing neurosis upon neurosis, especially in the present cycle of descending karma. Equilibrium is a daily task. One sure way to maintain it, is by strengthening the WILL and then to harmonize it with Thinking and Feeling! This can be achieved by doing a once a week Solar Kymatic Eurythmy class. Artistic movement practiced to classical piano music tones-up the soul forces, fostering resilience to balance life. Solar Kymatix as a Solar Art of Movement - based on Dr Rudolf Steiner's Eurythmy however this approach is unique and different it includs the upto date revelations from the Masters of Wisdom input bringing it inline with the Solar Age. The presentation, style and context of this training methodology is fully established within "The Axiomatic Tri-core Wisdom" further developed by the author of Solar Kymatix. First of all it works with what is called the 'Crystal Rays' that stream from the five secondary 'Chakras' or light centers situated in the palms of the hands, souls of the feet and in the center behind the Heart center. Kymatix is adapted to suit a trans-formative, dynamic and highly imaginative approach to 'Movement Imaginations'. All though Steiner Eurythmy revelation is respected a bold step has been taken to raise the 'initiatic' experience of the 'Will' into 'Imaginative Consciousness' this going beyound the intellectual thought structures that limit real understanding. Solar Kymatix is so designed to help the participant make a particular kind of effort that will retard intellectuality and expand spherical self-awareness and imaginative consciousness. This is first and foremost a training of the 'Will' and follows the initiation moral path of the Blue Flame of Cosmic Will. The Crystall Rays work with Crystal Liquid Light which is connected to the form principle still in motion before its is crystalised into form and is thus founding principle of spirit form. This training will foster clarity of thought, fortify inner strength and develop innermost emotional resilience centerd in the I-Being within each individual heart. Kymatix strives to fulfil the individual realisation of I AM so that it can fully meet the stressful demands of our time.

“The Kymatic Solar Arts” as a theme characterizes a series of accomplished deeds aligned to the new "Solar Epoch of Light" that dawned on earth through the Cosmic and Great Hierarchical Shift that took place within the Solar Hierarchy of our Sun on 21st December 2012. This theme represents a deliberate step towards bringing humanity closer to those endeavours that are in step with a growing urgency to awakening resilience with in mankind as daily confrontation of a global environment of uncertainty is met in every walk of life. The one sure reassurance in these times lies in finding composure within the solar Streams within us. This composure can only flow directly from the source of life. This solar center exists within each persons inner heart the seat of we all call my 'I AM'. As the Sun is the centre of our universal experience and is the source of light warmth and life, so I AM within our soul life is the Solar Presence of our existence, the very fountainhead of identity but also the source that rays forth light, love, harmony, happiness and self composure.
Massive demands on humanity as a whole are being made to cope with high levels of stress and anxiety. We live in times where our five senses are subjected to a huge barrage of stimuli impacting on our consciousness. This conjoined with additional factors arising from a high cost of living and a fast moving technologically driven world of media and entertainment, puts many personalities into a sheer survival mode. Enormous stress takes its toll on our nervous system, thus producing a high incidence of neurosis and various sclerotic diseases. Few are able to find a way through without medication and detriment to their functionality as a constuctive person. We live in a highly contracted and concentrated point of our being within our individualized awareness here, where we are evolving in a time and space of greatly enhanced events in present modern history. To find a more expanded self awarenes and resillience is our immediate challenge, a place from where we can embrace a wider horizon of truth, a broader experience of a universal understanding. we require an expanded awareness that can balance being too subjective and yet being objective and to be able to move from the extreme state of an acutely sharp intellectual stress to composure from where we can help others in a state of deep need. A greater breadth and depth of life results in an enhanced internal strength and innermost resilience to cope with our modern micro environment to macro management of your life. This is the ideal training for those who wish to work in the mental health field and to work with meaniful interventions for all kinds of dysfunction.
This can be achieved through the Solar Art of Kymatix applied to intervention. Bodily Movement which are performed and are able to focus on the ability to be proficient in our own awareness but movements that can intervene in the soul realm of learners who are in desperate need of intervention within the manifold mental health scenarios that have become so prevalent. This capability of soul spirit health is designated by the amazing term ‘Solar awareness’. So our task then is to Develop Solar awareness to gain “Solar Health” within our sphere of awareness, through living breathing gesture and co-ordination of movement bringing about a resilient, vigorous, vibrant confidence from within the Self of the Heart.
About the Solar Technique
Our bodily movement is constantly suspended between two sets of forces that are emited from opposite ponits of foci, one in gravity centred in the pelvis and the other in levity centred in the clavicle. By becoming aware of this duality and polarity when we move, we gain a new possibility to overcome this duality from within a point of self-control uniquely centred in the heart where they are balanced. We will realize that the heart is the mutual centre for self-control and the focused fulcrum of gravity and levity, holding the mutual status of balance. The heart is the very Sun of the human organism. We can learn how to move our bodily organism in such a way that we not only gain self-control but learn to suspend co-ordinated gesture and bodily motion in between within the Liguid Crystal Rays of light that suspends us between heaven and earth.
This Solar Art of Kymatic Movement has been developed over years of imaginative research during the authors teaching of Eurythmy experienced in the Waldorf School movement. Ralph Douwe Raaths has out of his own Imaginative conscious experience of bodily movement given birth to Solar Kymatix and is unique to OsirisRising and Youth2Guide.
