Vision:

To realign deviated forms of conscious undermining the self within every personality back to its source, the fountainhead of light and strength within each individuality centered in the soul-heart of every person or child.

Mission:

To realize an evolutionary change in an enhanced consciousness of all future adulthood, which will incorporate a strengthened emotional stamina and encompass a confident capability expressed in fine / gross motor proficiency that will produce young persons who are able to serve humanity.

Connotation:

The need for Education to address the scientific, economic and political reality of a modern world, so that every child or person can be functional in that world, is an undisputed necessity. However, to awaken the child or person to their adult hood in such a way that they are productive and dynamic is equally the task of education. The lack of either aspect in education can either enhance or retard the development of humanity. The child or person needs to be educated in a way that the retardation of self-expression is minimized and is in fact maximized.

The question is what are we designing our education to do? To be proficient information handlers? Are we only trying to equip the child with the tools to function in the modern world of information storage? Who determines what, when and how we equip the child with these tools. If education is purely designed by academics who incorporate the academic learning materials necessary for the industrial economic sector of life to function but have ignored one vital matter, connecting the young person with his or her source that enables soul functionality, which includes creative thinking, mastered feelings and constructive will impulses. The child’s consciousness evolves from a highly imaginative imitative state of consciousness and gradually matures in feelings, emotions and gross / fine motor capacities, which will or should eventually support focused creative lateral thinking and not just intellectuallity.

When we set out to build a three-storey building, we ensure that we have a stable foundation upon which to erect the second and third storey. Equally, we need to understand how this process takes place in the consciousness of the child. This perspective is vital so that creative thinking can be facilitated on the top storey. If we fail to do this, we may disregard the essence of full self-expression, which needs to be enhanced during the educative process. This is a vital factor, every child requires a firm foundation to be laid for competence in will and feelings to arise in support a robust thinking. The foundation of the child is imagination and imitation. The unfolding of the will and feelings in an orderly fashion is required to direct the thinking edifice so that it will not fall over under emotional / will dysfunction which has been under developed in the young person. In so doing, intellectuality becomes ineffective and obsesive, as emotional dysfunction will override the intellectual capacity. The role of education is not only to provide intellectual prowess, but must also provide the development of a firm soul foundation of the whole human being which includes the education of the feelings and will which provides stability to the developing personalty and strength to operate in a high functioning state of mind once achieved.

Education therefore depends on a comprehensive understanding of that which we can call the milestones of awakening consciousness. Sound outcomes thus require paradigms of understanding that supports a healthy soul life in three distinct and successive stages. Education requires the right sequence of the paradigms within each of the three stages so that a correct soul balance and confident Self can be achieved. The approach of ‘Youth2Guide’ is to incorporate and correct these  paradigms that form the building blocks of the three successive stages toward adulthood.

The fact that modern education lacks a full grasp and understanding of these paradigms is no obstacle. Such paradigms can be incorporated into a person’s consciousness at any stage - to build the right foundation or to heal and strengthen the weaknesses - that may have arrived due to the lack of timeous implementation of modern education.

The conscious assimilation of those paradigms lacking will therefore affect improvement in vital areas like self-confidence and emotional stability with in any person who is willing to undergo a process of re-education. Our courses are designed to fulfil this task fully by providing the missing paradigms that have not been incorporated in our education thus far. To this end Youth2Guide is a beginning.
